Captain Nelson Mosley is the Commander for the Crimes Against Persons Bureau. He joined the Department in 1987 and was promoted to the rank of Detective in 1992. He has served the Department through promotions as a Sergeant, Lieutenant and Captain. During this time he has been assigned to Homicide, Vice, SCAT, Patrol, Training and Traffic.
