Simple Suppers To Go is a new concept to Wichita, owned and operated by partners Michelle Collins, an experienced Wichita chef, Sabrina Shoemaker, who also owns a gourmet salad line, and entrepreneur Marilyn Akin, who holds a degree in Home Economics. Marilyn is the one who conceived of the meal planning service, designed to save clients time in shopping, planning, preparation and clean-up by offering different ready-to-prepare entrees, salads and side dishes that customers put together themselves and take home. Simple Suppers provides the work stations, all the pre-cut ingredients. professional help, take-home containers and easy-to-follow recipes. They also offer personal chef services.
