Amanda Bastian is the Wellness Specialist for Via Christi Hospital. She is a Pittsburg State graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation with an emphasis in therapy and fitness management. Amanda is also a certified instructor for the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class and a certified ACE (American Council on Exercise) personal trainer.
