How does the appetite control patch work?
You have mentioned your experience losing weight using a new appetite control patch. What is it, where does it come from and how does it work?
Answer:I get a lot of questions like this, and I normally answer by telling the history of how and why the patch was developed. You see, the appetite control patch is an outgrowth of a new technology that was first developed several years ago. It is easiest to understand what we have today if you know the background.
David Schmidt was a civilian researcher employed by the military and assigned to a project for the Navy Seals, the Navy’s Special Forces team. David’s specific job was to find a way to increase the endurance of the 2-man teams who would take little mini-submarines into enemy harbors on covert missions. The Navy did not want them using drug-based stimulants due to potentially negative side effects, so a non-drug solution was needed.
David’s idea was this: He knew that the brain controls all bodily functions by communicating with the body’s cells through minute electrical impulses. The cells recognize these tiny frequencies and respond by performing the task assigned by the brain. David felt if he could find a way to deliver identical frequencies to the cells from outside the body, he could instruct the cells to do what they are already programmed to do, but he could control when they did it.
David was not able to turn his idea into reality until some time after he left his position with the Navy; however the result was pure genius. Utilizing breakthroughs in the field of nanotechnology, David created a small adhesive-backed patch containing simple organic compounds that are activated by the body’s own energy field. When placed close to the body, the patch emits a frequency matched to the brain’s frequency that tells the cells to burn fat for energy. By placing the patch on the appropriate acupressure point, the frequency is carried to where it is needed in the body. The result is an instant increase in strength and endurance of about 30% to 40% that is easily demonstrated and measured.
Since the patches do not contain any drugs, the “energy” patch was approved for use in the Olympic Games and is now used by many student and professional athletes at all levels. Also many non-athletes use the safe drug-free “energy” patch to stay sharp throughout the day instead of buying expensive energy drinks which can have potentially harmful side effects.
Based on his success with the “energy” patch, David experimented with patches having slightly different ingredients and producing different frequencies that could be matched with the body to produce different results. Included in this process was determining the acupressure points best suited for wearing each kind of patch to maximize its benefits. Developing new variations of the patch technology could be compared to “tuning” the patches to produce the frequencies needed to cause the desired effects.
David’s efforts resulted in several new drug-free patches. First was a “sleep” patch for a peaceful night’s sleep. Then came a “pain relief” patch for relief of aches and pains. Next was an “anti-aging” patch designed to boost levels of Glutathione and Carnosine.
In August, 2007, an “appetite control” patch was introduced. This latest variation of the concept to cause specific bodily reactions through external stimulation of acupressure points has been a major success story. Most commonly worn on the inner side of the right ankle, the “appetite control” patch gently causes a reduction in appetite that can result in eating less and losing weight.
My personal experience of losing 15 pounds with the “appetite control” patch that I had been unable to lose in other ways has caused me to be a believer in this new technology. With all the incredible products that are now coming onto the market utilizing nanotechnology to create new and exciting results, it is truly a great time to be alive. We can only wonder what the next big breakthrough will be.
