Getting rid of old wall paper
Question: How in the world does one get rid of old wall paper, with the least amount of effort, when wanting to change décor?
Answer: I have yet to find a person who enjoys removing wall paper. It is never easy…never fun…and always expensive. There is a new process out however that is quickly becoming the “go to way” to get it done quickly, beautifully and most efficiently. This process puts a hand-troweled texture on your walls and is so “low profile,” you can put wall paper over it again, right after it is applied or even years later. It is quick, clean and economical as well as guaranteed never to come off. It can be painted or glazed in any color or combination of colors to match any new or existing furnishings, patterns, drapes or colors. It can be applied over most any wall surface, paint or paper. You can save even more by painting this texture yourself. It is especially popular in commercial and high traffic areas because it can be washed and easily patched if ever damaged. A similar process to “undo” old, stained “popcorn” ceilings is also available from the same company.
