Welcome to the December edition of the SE Kansas Q&A Times!
Wow…Earthquakes shaking Kansas?! Felt by many in Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri; what more do we need to remind us the value of family, friends and community? Perhaps there is no better way to bring our attention to the things that matter most this holiday season.
I hope this finds all of you doing well and enjoying the advantages we have here in SEK.
This month, you’ll find a wealth of timely information provided by our contributors. Be sure to check out each article for holiday tips, advice…well…basically anything and everything that we are familiar with here locally. The coupon section is VERY popular so be sure and take advantage of what these businesses have to offer! Don’t need any of the products or services? Cut them out and give them to a friend (or parent, grandparent, kids, etc).
As we wrap up this year and look toward 2012, I want to thank you for making this publication a valued part of the SEK community and look forward to the ways we can serve you in the New Year. Along with those local faces and columns you’ve grown fond of within these pages, you’ll see many new faces in the following months, with plenty of great new information provided by local experts.
As always, we want to thank you for supporting the contributors of this publication with your patronage. You make a difference and play a role in keeping it strong and thriving.
Finally, I would like to wish everyone the very best this Holiday season (can you believe 2011 is nearly over?!). Special thanks and warm wishes to those of you with family & friends in the military, who have sacrificed so much and whose absence is especially felt during the Holidays.
Thanks again for a great 2011, see you in 2012!
