Welcome to the SE Kansas Q&A Times Journal
I have to say—I am really excited about this edition. Along with all of the expertise columns we normally include, this month we have developed a very special Agriculture section focusing on agriculture interests, information and concerns.
Agriculture really is the backbone of our country, and I am proud to live in a place where agriculture touches most everyones’ daily lives. It is one of the ties that binds our country together and one of the things that makes this country great.
I would like to thank Josey Jr. World Champion barrel racer, Kylar Terlip from Frontenac, for giving us her time and interviewing for this issue. You will love getting to know Kylar, and find her determination inspiring. Congratulations to her and her achievements.
As always, you will find the issue packed full of relevant information, as discussed and answered by local experts. Be sure to check out Richard Smiths’ article on new vs. old car safety. I think you will find the information startling and very interesting, I know I sure did.
