Bob Richardson
Bob Richardson has been in the rental industry since 1968 working in a rental store while in high school. After college he returned to Wichita and worked for his father at AAA Rent-All. In 1975 Bob and his partner Roger Overstreet bought the company that consisted of one store with 3 employees. Over the next several years AAA Rent-All grew into a six store company with 97 employees in Kansas and Missouri. In 1997 they sold the company to a "big box" company that is now currently based in Stockholm Sweden. Now 5 years later Bob is back in the rental business with one store taking care of customers the way he believes they should be taken care of... with a smile, good service and good equipment. You may contact Bob at R. Quip, (316) 722-7600.

Why should I rent?
Question: Why should I rent when I can borrow at lower rates?
Answer:  Your question is one that many people ask themselves but very rarely ask anyone in the rental industry.  Besides the obvious... ‘it costs less to rent’, there are three other factors involved.Renting lets you always get the latest model of equipment.  Renting eliminates the need for service personnel.Renting reduces the amount of storage needed. You can rent lots of equipment that you may only need once, such as a tile saw or ceiling sprayer or a concrete saw.  These are all relatively expensive and the chance that you would use them more than once is minimal. However, the most important part of renting is the sense of accomplishment that you get when you accomplish a task on your own.  When your friends say "that XYZ looks great" you get to pause, look him in the eye and say "Thanks, I did it myself".
