ANSWER:  It will be more difficult than ever to stay healthy this winter because there are particularly damaging strains of influenza working their way through the country.The good news is there is hope. Research further showed that elderberry extract reduces oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, thus helping to prevent cardiovascular disease.
