Uncleanable and unwashable walls
Answer: Walls and ceilings, because of their structure, are not glass smooth. Even with the smoothest of sheetrock or plaster construction they have inherent flaws. The shinier the paint the more magnified these flaws become. That is why most surfaces in your home have a flat, paint finish. Flat finishes have talcum powder in them to make them rough and keep them from being shiny. This roughness makes the wall look smooth, but in turn, makes it uncleanable. Then, almost anything that touches it makes a mark. The mark may not be apparent until the light hits it from a different direction. You can actually mark flat wall paint by merely running your clean finger over it or even a clean dry rag. There is a cure. It has recently been discovered that a polymer, reinforced, low-profile, texture virtually hides all defects and creates a beautiful finish that can be easily painted with a washable and durable paint. This finish can then be easily patched if damaged, then faux finished to satisfy the most discriminating tastes. It will enhance any décor. The best thing is that it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to do a room or even a whole house. Most of the time, you will not need to remove the wall paper, even in a bath room. This process has been tested in numerous commercial and residential applications here in Wichita, with all satisfied customers.
