Saving money & supporting local businesses
Welcome to the May 2011 edition of the Q&A Times. I'd like to thank our great contributors for all of the timely and useful information which they provide. It is great to be part of such an active community of people willing to share their knowledge and experience.
I was thinking; as hard as the recession has been on everyone, something good has come of it. The biggest change is the renewed interest in both saving money and supporting local economies. Businesses are reaching out to the community in a more personal way and residents supporting them with their patronage. I'd like to thank you all for supporting our advertisers. When deciding where to do business, think of them first.
This month, be sure to take some time to check out the new coupon section where our advertisers will treat you with special deals that you will not see anywhere else. When you redeem your coupons, be sure to give the proprietor a big thumbs up for their participation and willingness to cut us some great deals. While still in the developing stages, the coupon page is sure to grow!
