I am confused about how and if apartments play a role in the future of the park.ANSWER: The new owners are dedicated to making Joyland a complete success. As new members of the Wichita community, their commitment to providing a fun, safe, and family-centric park is their number one priority. It was never a question of “apartments or opening Joyland” when the purchase was made. The concept of apartments was only discussed if the community decides they do not want Joyland as a part of Wichita family entertainment. The decision for Joyland’s future is truly one for the citizens to make and communicate through their attendance and support.
